Upwardly, LLC
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
1. Scope of Services
Upwardly, LLC provides subscription-based credit strategy and financial consulting services designed to help clients understand, address, and improve their credit profiles. Services may include, but are not limited to: credit report analysis, dispute strategy development, creditor communication guidance, inquiry and collection challenges, funding readiness education, trade line evaluation, and strategic credit planning.
Services are offered through the following monthly subscription programs:
Foundation – Credit Strategy Program ($99/month): Targeted credit corrections, structured cleanup, monthly dispute cycles, inquiry and collection challenges, and secure client portal access.
Ascend – Advanced Credit Strategy Program ($149/month): Includes all Foundation services plus advanced dispute strategies, creditor goodwill and validation letters, funding readiness guidance, and priority support.
Elevate – Executive Credit Strategy Program ($199/month): Includes all Ascend services plus escalated bureau challenges, bankruptcy and repossession review, trade line evaluation, funding strategy planning, and bi-weekly strategic reviews.
Upwardly, LLC does not guarantee specific credit score increases, approvals, deletions, or financial outcomes. Results vary based on individual credit profiles, creditor responsiveness, and regulatory timelines.
2. Subscription Billing & Payment Terms
All services are billed on a monthly recurring subscription basis. By enrolling, you authorize Upwardly, LLC to charge your selected payment method automatically each billing cycle until cancellation.
Payments are non-refundable, except as expressly outlined in the Refund Policy below. Missed or declined payments may result in suspension of services until payment is resolved.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information, including credit reports and financial documentation. Failure to provide required information may delay or limit services and does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Clients agree not to independently dispute, alter, or interfere with disputes or strategies initiated by Upwardly, LLC without written coordination.
4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
If a client initiates a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution:
All services will be immediately suspended
The client forfeits eligibility for any refunds, including under the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Any remaining subscription time will be voided
Upwardly, LLC reserves the right to contest the chargeback and provide documentation of services rendered
5. Cancellation
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by emailing support@getupwardly.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are issued.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Services are currently offered only to clients residing in California and Texas.
