REFUND POLICY

Upwardly, LLC
Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Upwardly, LLC offers a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee under the following conditions:

If, after the first 90 days of continuous paid service:

  • No credit accounts have been updated, corrected, removed, or improved and

  • Upwardly, LLC has completed all agreed-upon services and strategies in good faith and

  • The client has provided all required documentation and cooperation

Then the client may be eligible for:

  • A refund of up to two (2) months of subscription paymentsor

  • Continued service at no additional cost until progress is achieved

Eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of Upwardly, LLC.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The client fails to provide required documentation

  • The client independently disputes accounts during service

  • Progress is delayed due to creditor or bureau response timelines

  • The client initiates a chargeback

  • The client cancels before the 90-day evaluation period

3. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

support@getupwardly.com

Requests must include the client’s full name, account email, subscription plan, and reason for request.
