REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Upwardly, LLC offers a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee under the following conditions:
If, after the first 90 days of continuous paid service:
No credit accounts have been updated, corrected, removed, or improved and
Upwardly, LLC has completed all agreed-upon services and strategies in good faith and
The client has provided all required documentation and cooperation
Then the client may be eligible for:
A refund of up to two (2) months of subscription payments, or
Continued service at no additional cost until progress is achieved
Eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of Upwardly, LLC.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued if:
The client fails to provide required documentation
The client independently disputes accounts during service
Progress is delayed due to creditor or bureau response timelines
The client initiates a chargeback
The client cancels before the 90-day evaluation period
3. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Requests must include the client’s full name, account email, subscription plan, and reason for request.
